Description
The Hi-Link HLK-LD1041 is a 10GHz X-band Doppler radar motion sensor module developed for motion detection, occupancy sensing, and presence-based automation. It is part of the HLK-LD104/LD1040 family and is designed for low-cost, embedded motion sensing applications where reliable non-contact detection is required.
Operating at approximately 10.525 GHz, the HLK-LD1041 uses Doppler radar technology to detect movement by measuring frequency shifts in reflected microwave signals. Unlike FMCW radar, it does not measure exact distance, but it excels at detecting motion and micro-movement within its sensing area.
With a wide detection angle (~110°), typical sensing range of 3–5 meters, and low power operation, this module is ideal for automated lighting, smart home devices, motion-triggered alarms, ventilation control, and occupancy-based energy-saving systems.
