<p>The M48T08/18/08Y TIMEKEEPER® RAM is an 8 K x 8 non-volatile static RAM and real-time clock that is pin and function compatible with the DS1643.</p>
<p>This monolithic chip is offered in two specialized packages, delivering a highly integrated solution for battery-backed memory and real-time clock functionality.</p>
<p>The M48T08/18/08Y serves as a non-volatile equivalent in pin and function to any JEDEC standard 8 K x 8 SRAM.</p>
<p>It seamlessly fits into various ROM, EPROM, and EEPROM sockets, offering the non-volatility of PROMs without necessitating special WRITE timing or imposing limitations on the number of WRITEs that can be executed.</p>
<p>The 28-pin, 600 mil DIP CAPHAT<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> encapsulates the M48T08/18/08Y silicon along with a quartz crystal and a long-lasting lithium button cell within a single package.</p>
<p>The 28-pin, 330 mil SOIC features sockets with gold-plated contacts at both ends, allowing for direct connection to a separate SNAPHAT® housing that contains the battery and crystal.</p>
<p>This innovative design permits the SNAPHAT® battery package to be mounted atop the SOIC package following the completion of the surface mount process.</p>
<p>Inserting the SNAPHAT® housing after reflow mitigates the risk of potential damage to the battery and crystal due to the elevated temperatures required for surface-mounting the device.</p>
<p>The SNAPHAT® housing is designed with a key to prevent reverse insertion.</p>
<p>The SOIC and battery/crystal packages are supplied separately in plastic anti-static tubes or in tape &amp; reel format.</p>
<p>For the 28-lead SOIC, the part number for the battery/crystal package (e.g., SNAPHAT®) is “M4T28-BR12SH” or “M4T32-BR12SH.”</p>

<p>The ADS1231 is a high-precision, 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed specifically for bridge sensor applications. It features an integrated low-noise internal amplifier with a gain of 128, an onboard oscillator, and a precision third-order delta-sigma (ΔΣ) modulator, along with a low-side power switch for bridge sensors.</p>
<p>This comprehensive front-end solution is suitable for various applications, including weigh scales, strain gauges, and load cells. The device supports selectable data rates of 10SPS or 80SPS. The low-noise amplifier, with a gain of 128, is capable of handling a full-scale differential input of ±19.5mV while providing simultaneous rejection of both 50Hz and 60Hz signals.</p>
<p>The ΔΣ ADC operates at 10SPS with a resolution of 24 bits and includes a third-order modulator and a fourth-order digital filter. It supports two data rates: 10SPS (with rejection for both 50Hz and 60Hz) and 80SPS. The ADS1231 can be placed in a low-power standby mode or completely powered down. Control of the ADS1231 is achieved through dedicated pins, eliminating the need for digital register programming. Data output is facilitated via a simple, isolated serial interface that connects directly to the MSP430 and other microcontrollers.</p>

<p>The XTR111 functions as a precision voltage-to-current converter, specifically engineered for standard analog signals ranging from 0mA to 20mA or 4mA to 20mA, and can source currents up to 32mA.</p>
<p>The relationship between the input voltage and output current is determined by a single resistor, RSET. Additionally, the circuit can be adapted for voltage-output operation.</p>
