The AD1674 is a fully integrated, versatile 12-bit analog-to-digital converter that features a user-transparent onboard sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA), a 10-volt reference, a clock, and three-state output buffers for interfacing with microprocessors.
The AD1674 is pin compatible with the industry-standard AD574A and AD674A, yet it offers a sampling function and achieves a quicker conversion rate.
The integrated SHA provides a broad input bandwidth, ensuring 12-bit accuracy across the entire Nyquist bandwidth of the converter.
