Description
Sensor IC XTR111AIDGQR
The XTR111 functions as a precision voltage-to-current converter, specifically engineered for standard analog signals ranging from 0mA to 20mA or 4mA to 20mA, and can source currents up to 32mA.
The relationship between the input voltage and output current is determined by a single resistor, RSET. Additionally, the circuit can be adapted for voltage-output operation.
A high output resistance and an extensive compliance voltage range, which spans from 2V below the supply voltage, VVSP, to voltages significantly lower than ground, are provided by an external P-MOSFET transistor.
Furthermore, the adjustable subregulator output, which ranges from 3V to 15V, supplies power to additional circuitry.
The XTR111 is offered in 10-pin HVSSOP and VSON surface-mount packages.
